Low Grade Dyskariosis and High Risk HPV

Hi I have had these results and very stressed about my results. 
A fiend has informed me to find out what strain of HIGH RISK HPV I have. 
 

my appoint has been scheduled for 1 year but I believe that if my immune system gets compromised for what ever reason the HPV could evolve into something serious leading to cervical cancer 

 

I am not comfortable to snot be doing. My health is my lifeline and if there is something I should be doing - please let me know ???

 

What  are the action steps I should be taking at this stage please ???

    A friend of mine - has just been diagnosed with Cervical Cancer. She had no symptoms but had High Risk HPV strain 16. 
    it all happened so quickly and she is now spreading massive awareness about this.
