High grade dyskaryosis result following Lletz

Hi, I have had recurrent smear test results since 2016 ranging from low grade dyskaryosis, borderline changes and slightly abnormal and all tested HPV positive and have been on yearly recall. Had a Lletz procedure in March and had truth of treatment test in September and received high grade (moderate) dyskaryosis today. Has anyone else had this please? I would be grateful for any advice as am now worrying a little ahead of another colposcopy appt. I am 52. Thank you

    Hi let me try and put your mind at rest. If you have had the lettz procedure already and it's come back high grade I would of thought they will do another let as they possibly haven't got what's know as a clear margin around the sample that has already been taken. High grade dyskaryosis doesn't mean you have cancer so please try not to worry about that and make sure you stay away from google as it's full of false information.

    I had high grade dyskaryosis on my smear test I had the lettz procedure done and mine did come back as a early stage cancer. Yours will have been looked at closely for this so I should say they just need to remove a little bit more to be in the safe side
