I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling with your recent cervical screening results. 

You're right when you say that the internet doesn't always help. There is a lot of information that isn't clear or accurate available online and inevitably it leads to people feeling more anxious about things. 

In the first instance I'd suggest speaking to your GP about your concerns but you might also want to consider speaking to Jo's Trust. they have lots of up to date information about HPV and run a support line which you may find helpful in answering your questions.
