I have noticed a change in my right nipple. There seems to be a light bump on my areola. (sorry can't spell).
Do you think this is something I should be concerned about?

I would definitely just go and get it checked by your GP as it's much better not to take any risks. Hopefully she will say it is nothing to worry about but at least you will know then
