Hi guys

Sorry if I'm not on the right forum but I need some advice. I'm female 25 with a history of breast cancer in family (mum now clear) Around April time I found a spot under my left boob that was sore to touch, it was there a  few weeks and got it checked out. I went to my GP and I was told that ' there was something there' but wasn't sure what it was and she was going to refer me to a hospital for a check. Arrived home today to a letter to say I have an appointment in two weeks with a breast surgeon, only thing is this cyst has now dissapeared and is not paining me. Should I still to to the appointment? I don't want to be wasting the surgeons time if it's now gone but I don't know if I should just get it checked out . Ive been sick with worry since I opened the letter
