He has coped well with chemo it's killing too much of the good stuff basically what is needed for immune therapy he has gone from a very fit dad to very week because the chemo how can we help
I'm very sorry to hear about your Dad. Maybe you could ask your Dad if you could talk to his medical team privately? Then you can ask any questions you want. I don't know how much you already know. Is his chemo palliative or given with curative intent, for example? I'm not a medic, but know that the outlook for lung cancer often depends on whether it has spread beyond the lung or not. But only your Dad's medical team can answer these questions.
