Mass in abdomen - normal anatomy or requires further investi

#First time posting here hoping for some peace of kind. I haven't been well over the past year, nausea, loss of appetite, palpitations, tinnitus and excruciating lower right back pain. I had an X-ray of my spine (by my chiropractor) and noticed a mass in my lower right abdomen above the pelvic/hip bone.

Initially I thought gall bladder but looking online it shows organs are black areas so now I'm confused. My dad had kidney cancer and a 10cm aortic aneurysms removed last year so it got me thinking(worrying). Mum of two so my health is important for the children and I'm so exhausted all of the time which has been pot down to my autonomic dysfunction and ME.

should I question this needs further investigations or am I worrying about nothing. Any comments welcome. thanks.

If you're worried about this mass and it hasn't been looked at yet by a GP do be sure to get in touch with them as they're in the best position to let you know if this is any cause for concern and hopefully put your mind at ease.
