A few months ago I noticed a lump horizontal from my ear lobe on the edge of my cheek. I'm not entirely sure whether it went away or I just forgot about it, but it's either came back or is still there.
It feels kind of like a big under the skin spot but it's never developed into a spot so I have no idea if it's that or something else.
it hurts a lot when pressure is applied, sometimes can be unfortunate sleeping on that side of my face - unsure whether it's something I need to get checked or not. Would appreciate any help
