About a month ago I started getting pain in my left arm pit that some nights was unbareable. I thought it was because I had recently had my implant removed and thought it could be related. I contacted my GP and he said take pain relief and see how it goes but come back if it persists. It went away after a week on ibrupofen but has come back and it has persisted. Tbh I don't really think the GP thought anything of it. 

I have contacted my GP and have an appointment tomorrow morning to see what it is. 
I can't seem to find a lump of anything like that but my nipple on my left side is slightly more pink/ red than the other. I am only 28 with no children however my mum had breast cancer at 38 and she began with pain in her armpit before she was diagnosed with breast cancer. She eventually found a lump. 
I have also had a wet hacking cough since June which I wasn't sure if it was related but I do suffer so so badly from hay fever and this year they have actually given me an inhaler for it. It can make me quite breathless at times too. I didn't know whether it was related at all just thought I would mention it to see if anyone else had or has a similar experience. 
I have felt much more tired than usual lately but I've always been a person that needs sleep. I'm just concerned as I'm a teacher and about to go back to work in September and have so many emotions whizzing around and just can't help thinking the worst.
