So sorry to hear that chemo didn't go well, I hope you're feeling better today. I can't give you any info on the chemo part as I haven't started mine yet, had op 10 days ago, but I'm totally dreading the chemo part of it as it seems that it affects people so differently. 

Just remember that your nurse should be able to answer any questions for you to put your mind at ease.

Sorry to hear your first session of chemo didnt go well.  I was actually diagnosed with secondary cancer in my lymph nodes at the end of April but they didnt find the breast cancer until further tests.  I have just finished my third session of chemo and my next when I change over to Docetaxol is on 7th September.  This will then be followed by surgery and radiotherapy.  I too ended up in hospital for a short visit after my first chemo session with similar symptoms to you but was reassured that my heart was ok and it was probably just a reaction to the Filbrastim injections.  I found cycle 2 and 3 got better although had to cope with feeling sick and tired on days 2-6.  I know that everyone reacts differently to the chemo but please remember to speak to your chemo nurses if you have any queries - mine have been absolutely fantastic.
