Hi I hope you have more success with nerlynx than I have so far.  Started on 6 with 6 loperamide a day after day 5 along came the diarrhoea, nausea and an acne like rash on my nose was advised to come off it and had a break of 10 days.  Back on taking 5 and 6 loperamide same again and mouth sores, oncologist thinks I maybe having an allergic reaction.  Next time round I will start on 4 this is the minimum recommended dose in the UK  let's hope I have more success.  Would be very interested to know how you are getting along with it they say the first couple of months are the hardest .
