Found lump in breast at 23

Hi,

 

so recently around a week ago I found a soft, moveable lump in my left breast. I have only been able to speak to the doctor over the phone who has referred me to the breast clinic, but I have been wearing myself down with worry!

 

i haven't been able to take my mind off it and I can't think straight! I have no other symptoms or issues with my breasts other than the lump, I am taking the mini-pill (progesterone) and wondering if this could be related?

    Finding a lump is always scary but it's good you got in touch with your doctor and you've been referred for further investigation.

    Hopefully some of our members who have been through this process will be along soon to offer their support and advice but in the meantime I just thought I'd share some information I've found on what to expect at your breast clinic appointment.
