I'm sorry to hear that you're dealing with some health concerns at the moment which have led to a referral to a specialist.
Telephone consultations have become much more of the "new norm" over the past few months as it's allowed clinicians to continue to assess new patients within the Covid19 restrictions.
I would imagine that the Consultant would will ask you about the symptoms that have led to you being referred and your general health. They may discuss with you any tests that you've already had and what tests, if any, they want to arrange for you after your appointment.
It might be an idea to write down any points that you particularly want to raise during the conversation, just so that you don't forget, and it can be handy to write down any information that you're given as well.
