Two Days ago I noticed a lump on my inner labia the size of a pea and it was very itchy. In the last two days it has grown and now my whole lip is swallen but specially the top of it where it has a huge lump. It is painful to touch and uncomfortable when I'm sitting down. I have no idea what it is
