Can't stop worrying

About 3 months ago   the shower water hurt my right breast , this happened twice , then nothing since then , about 2 weeks later on the same breast a hot red patch , this stayed for about a day and half nothing since   I am worried that I've missed something

    Hi Chell,

    Welcome to our forum. It's always difficult to know what to do when symptoms come and go. However, you probably won't rest until you know for sure. Do please have a wodr with your GP for reassurance and let us know how you get on.
