I am a 25 yo female. Recently i noticed i have a soft, non painful, lump near my vagina. It isn't on the outer lips, but more closer to my perineum than anything. It only appears if I squat to shave my pubic region, and even then can seemingly be pushed back in. It changes shape too if I touch it 

Now i am terrified of going to the doctors, I have been lazy these past few years and not done much excersise, not eaten healthy. If I have intercourse it can be rough but not so much a lump should form? I am thinking it is a lympoma (fatty lump). Has anyone else had these in the same kind of area?
