Had routine bloods taken having moved Doctors. Borderline, low iron count, FIT test was positive and had endoscopy which was clear (moderate diverticulosis and external heameroids). Follow up tests showed blood in urine as well.

Worried sick, what could bleeding from both ends be? other than cancer?

I do alot of running (30 miles + per week) and have a small inguinal hernia, feeling slightly bloated just lately but other than that I have no obvious symptoms.

Thoughts on this would be apreicated, back at the docs on Weds. The not knowing is killing me.
