New to the forum and this is actually about my 22 yr old daughter.  She sufferes from cerebral palsy and we have thought since the age of 12 Chronic Fatigue. We have recently become aware of a large gland in her mid neck just right of her throat.  We do seem to think looking at photos / videos that it may well have been there some time.  Over a year , maybe always ?? But obviously now we know it's there it looks bigger each day. (It's not). She is being referred to urgent ultrasound but dr said she had a low level of concern as all blood are fine. They include Full blood count , urea, liver , thyroid, calcium , CRP AND ESR. The urgent but it because she is loosing weight Howver she has currently been in a CFS  crash for the last 3 weeks.  
So I suppose I'm asking if something were wrong like lymphoma ? Would at least one of the bloods be "out" all red /white cells normal   Everything.  
We re just desperate for reassurance and the waiting is just awful
