Sorry to post here but very anxious and advice needed

Hi,

I recently went for a pelvic ultrasound and sonographer suspected I have a uterine polyp. My periods are sometimes heavy sometimes light but just thought was hormonal imbalance as I do suffer with that.

Dr has now referred me to gynae which I have appt with tomorrow. What shall I expect? I also have another ultrasound booked for Monday.

I'm so nervous, I've previously 9 years ago had lletz treatment for adnormal cells.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thank you

X

    Hi Tordolly,

I hope that all went well for you today when you saw the gynaecologist. It will probably take a week or two to get your results. I also hope that your ultrasound goes well on Monday.

Please let us know how you get on. We are always here for you.
    Fingers crossed.

    Kind regards,

    Jolamine xx

  • Unfortunately gynae couldn't obtain a biopsy due to Lletz in the past I had to much scaring. So another scan this time Tvs on Monday and gyane will ho from there.

Thank you so much for the support. Im trying to be upbeat as my sons birthday Sunday but can't help but think the worst x

    Hi Tordolly,

What a pity that your gynae couldn't obtain a biopsy. Still, Monday is not too far away.

I can understand that you won't be in a celebratory mood on Sunday, but hope that you can rise above all this and that your son has a great day.

I shall be thinking of you on Monday and hope that all goes well for you.

    Kind regards,

    Jolamine xx
