In HRT, post menopause and bleeding

Hi

In may I had bouts of diarrhea, rectal bleeding, change in bowel habits - had blood/FIT test all ok, waiting for colonoscopy...

I'm on Femi conti after having no periods for 16 months,  since starting have bled each month for 7 months.

Had TVS scan 2 weeks ago, thickening of womb lining and hospital did biopsy..booked in for hysteroscopy mid Aug now been brought forward to next Monday so bit concerned just wondering if anyone had something similar?  Thanks for reading!

  • A warm welcome to the forum Scouser66 although I'm sorry about all the symptoms you've been contending with over the last few months.

    It's easy to think the worst when an appointment is brought forward but it could just be that the hospital had a cancellation or that they've managed to work through the backlog they may have had due to the pandemic more quickly than first thought so try not to panic or overthink this too much if you can.

    Hopefully some of our members who have been in a similar situation will share their experiences with you soon but whilst you wait I just wanted to wish you good luck for next week and let you know we'll be thinking of you.
