Hello Notagain

Welcome to the forum although I'm so sorry that you  find yourself here. It's understandable that you're feeling worried about this new lump and what it may mean. 

I know we have a member here [@Jolamine]‍ who has had breast cancer twice but also had a scare with a benign lump. I've tagged her into my reply here so I'm sure she'll pop along to say Hello! and share her story with you. 

We know that it can be really difficult but try to take things a day at a time and stay positive until you know what is going on. Hopefully you won't have to wait too long for your appointment at breast clinic.

Thank you Jenn. The nipple is a little retracted too, that's what I noticed first.  I am trying not to think about it too much but I haven't told anyone at all. If it is, at least its caught even earlier (I think/hope) than 1st time. I had years of cysts before BC so maybe that.  I'm prepared for worst but hoping for best.
