It's good to hear that you have such a supportive family and that the Divas are keeping you company. I'm sure that they have been a great source of support and cheer to you over hte past few months. 

We've got a really active group of ladies here on the forum who have been diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer and I'm going to suggest that you might want to post on the thread that they all chat on and introduce yourself. You can read the post recent posts on the thread here. I'm sure that they will say Hello! and share their experiences and advice with you.

I'm also in Scotland and was diagnosed 2 years ago with bilateral DCIS, invasive ductal and invasive Lobular.  I did not need chemo so just rads and hormone drugs for me. Sorry that the cold cap doesn't seem to be working, think its a bt of hit and miss. Good that you have family and dogs there to support you, have you looked to see if there are any local support groups near you? Breast Cancer Now also have a 'buddy' system in place that matches you with someone in the same situation, have'nt used it myself so don't know how good it is but there are loads of breast cancer ladies on here to support you too. ‍ [@Chriss]‍ [@Jolamine]‍
