Hi,

First time posting so please bare with me. 

Last week I found a lump in my breast (left boob, close to the nipple bottom right). I phoned the GP today, have been seen and she felt it too and although she was not concerned she put me on a 2 week referral route. 

Now a bit of backround I have 3 beautiful tinkas and in total breastfed them for 5 years. May have to add that i just fed them on my left side.

Stopped about 5 weeks ago although dont think i have had much milk left recently.

My boob now feels so deflated and every time i prod it looks like orange peel and is dented. It does recover relatively quickly and is not dented when left alone. 

Is that normal?  

I am just so worried that something will be found! I naturally worry about everything. 

The last couple of months have been so hard and i feel like i am not coping very well at all.

How long did your referral take? What were the outcomes?
