So why am I feeling so low.

  • Hello Jane1407,

I just wanted to welcome you to our forum where you will meet others who will completely understand how you are feeling at the moment. It's great news that your partner's chemotherapy treatment is going well yet it is normal when looking after loved one with cancer to have moments like that when you feel really low. Many here will relate to how you are feeling and I am sure they will be along shortly to reassure you that what you are feeling is normal.

I hope you won't mind I have slightly edited your title so that it can be easily spotted by others who have found themselves in a similar situation looking after a loved one with cancer and feeling sometimes powerless and very sad. Don't forget to take some time for yourself if you can to just breathe or recharge your batteries. You will find more information on caring for the carer when someone has cancer on this page

We are all here for you anytime you want to talk to others who know exactly what you are going through at the moment.

    Best wishes,

So sorry you find yourself here x

It's no wonder your feeling so low.
You say you're feeling selfish...is there anything in particular you're feeling selfish about? Any specific thoughts you have around this? xxx
