Hi everyone

a few days ago I found a marble sized lump, 

3 inches down from the breast bone and across. 

ive never noticed it before nor do I know how long it's been there.

and it's got me so worried.

all the symptoms I have are symptoms to make me assume I was pregnant which is what we was thinking untill I found this little lump? confusing also.

made the biggest mistake going to dr Google!

i have extreme health anxiety along with other MH issues

so this is really rattling my brain. 

it doesn't hurt to touch and I can feel it if I run my two finger a from the Center across too the left. 

my symptoms I'm currently experiencing in the last few weeks are

mild to severe cluster headaches and a couple migraines.

extreme mood swings

up and down of apetite.

bouts of constipation but not extreme then normal.

uranating a lot more 

temperature up and down 

tiredness but not extreme

developed a issue when it comes to some dairy or too much.

I have lost weight but I think it 7lbs in 5 weeks maybe a bit less. With assisted slim fast.

should I be concerned? 
or could this be some sort of cyst or fatty tissue?

 I weigh 12:1 

My height is about 5,3
