Lump

Hi apologies for the name, my names Joseph, I'm 20 years old and have recently discovered a small lump about the size of a 1p coin on the back of my head, on the left hand side of the hair line area, I also have one on the right. I have had this for about 20 weeks now. :( It doesn't hurt like when I touch it but it restricts my neck and it's not painful but I do get like a little sharp pain if I turn my neck sometimes, I can definitely feel them there.  I am really worries about these lumps, has anyone and anything similar? And any advice?  Also there is one on my right, which is the same size

    Hi Joseph,

Welcome to our forum. I am sorry to hear about the lumps on your head. It is impossible for anyone to give you any advice, as we are not doctors. The majority of us are either cancer pilgrims or carers for someone with cancer.

What you describe sounds like someting to show your GP as soon as you can. They are still available for consultation despite the pandemic. If you tell the receptionist why you need an urgent appointment, I'm sure that she will fit you in as soon as she can. Most GPs are carrying out telephone consultations to start with. If they feel that there is a need for a face-to-face appointment they can arrange this for you.

I sincerely hope that this is nothing untoward, but you are better to make sure that all is ok. Do please keep in touch and let us know how you get on. We are always here for you.

    Kind regards,

    Jolamine
