Hello, 

My left testicle is quite firm when I feel it. Harder than usual almost feels like of I was to press to hard then it would pop. My right testical is normal. 

My groin seems to be having sudden slight pains on and off and that's been going on for a couple weeks but only today 11th of june I have felt a slight hardness of my left testicle. 

Quite nervous about it due to the sudden change in texture and size.

Any replies will help
