I was diagnosed with PCOS 2 years ago I'm 26 now. I have 12 or more cysts in both my right and left ovary. My right ovary is more enlarged than my left. The past 2 weeks I have been in the worst pain mainly from my right I also haven't had a period in a year and a half and was offered nothing to help give me one. I have been struggling with the pain from my right ovary and also its causes lower back pain and pain down my right leg. I've had scans ect just waiting to see the gynecologist to see what can be done. They diagnosed me with PCOS because of the cyst on my ovaries so I'm wondering if it could be something else .
