My best has been diagnosed with stage 3 cervical cancer as well as been told her fibroids are cancerous, but they aren't going to operate. Am struggling so bad as I can't see her or help out with her kids that am godmother to. She is really struggling and not saying much to people in her household. I know if I see her face to face she will open up, but how do I do it in these circumstances
