Lump before the vulva

I hope you all are well.

i have just notice a pea size lump before the vulva, it been quite itchy and swollen for few months now but seems to have got worse in it been itchy and swollen, I have two children and the stiches below also few swollen and raised. I am quite worried now after I have just noticed the lump. Please can you help.

thank you for replying I will do, it's just don't want to waste a doctors time and it's embarrassing, but I do have to get it checked.
