I've been nervous to say anything but this lump has been inside my vagina for a long time, a year or so maybe? It's gotten bigger and used to feel rough but now it's a lot smoother, it's never caused pain or problems that I know of and I finally decided that it's good to just put it out on here and ask for advice.
