hi, 

im not sure how to spell it but i have a hard moveable painful lump by my ear i think its the preauricular lymph node but only on my right side. 

i am 16 and female, i have no other pain such as sore throat or ear ache however i have been getting a small amount of sleep recently around 6 hours which is low for me. My parents told me too take neurofen so i did but is this anything i should be worried about or should i see a doctor??
