For the past few weeks I have noticed the only way I can describe is a lump or squishy sack of fluid inside my testicle sack situated behind my right testicle.

It tends to disappear wvwey now and then or depending on the way I am sat or lay and this also depends on the size, sometimes it can feel really  small but at times it can feel just as big if not slightly bigger than my testicles.

It causes no pain whatsoever and is not sensitive to touch but I am starting to get a little concerned as every now and then I have an aching sensation around my groin area, nothing painful and I can bare it and I just tend to walk it of.

Can you please shed some light on this and put my mind at ease. What advise do you have for me? Could you tell me what this is or whatbit sounds like?
