Hi there,

For the last couple of months I have had pain in my left breast, under my arm and my upper arm leading to pins and needles in my left hand. I am struggling to sleep on my left side or on my stomach as it aches and it's quite tender. I'm 28, and I am just concerned as to what this could be. I can't feel any abnormal lumps but it is consistent pain so I can't think it would be hormone related. Should I go to the doctor?
