Leep diathermy and having children

Hello, I am 28 and have a 3 and a half year old boy. Had my first smear at just gone 25 after my first child and all clear. Had my 2nd routine smear February 2020 and it came back with HPV and abnormal cell changes. Went for a biopsy and that came back with inflammation and they couldn't stage the CIN. Had a leep diathermy done and the results came back that I had CIN3 but the gynaecologist was happy that he removed it all when I had the loop! Got to go back for a smear in 6 months time. I'm having major anxieties and worries that if I want another child do I try now as what if I have more and abnormal smears come back and they have to take more away from my cervix or possible hysterectomy? I'm meant to be getting married October 2020 so the decision needs to be made soon really. Ideally I would like to wait until I've got married but not knowing what future smears May hold until then makes me panic that I might miss my chance of having another child!

Any advice of what to do or as I've had CIN3 am I at risk of having it again?

thanks Lauren xx
