HPV and low grade dyskaryosis

I have had to had to have yearly smear tests for 3 years due to my body not clearing HPV up. My letter arrived today to say that i still have HPV and now have abnormal cells and need a colposcopy. I'm trying not to worry but having not been able to clear HPV for 3 years it's a little hard not to worry and i suppose i just need my mind putting at ease!
