Nipples can naturally change in colour periodically throughout life for numerous reasons. Most of the time it is nothing to worry about, but I can see why you may be worried. Firstly, please don't start googling these symptoms (or if you have, stop!) becuase I can assure you it will only cause more worry than it's worth. Please speak to your GP when you get a chance to allow them to examine/assess you and put your mind at rest.
