Essential thrombocythaemia

Hi am 41 years old I've not long been diagnosed with a new myeloprolifeative neoplasm of essential thrombocythaemia type my haematology said it's a low grade  pharmacological malignancy with a immediate risk of an increased tendency of thrombosis.this is all new too me bit scarey at first only found out on 21st of March, has had blood test on doctors a month before been diagnosed,my platelets at doctors was at 698 then referred me too haematology 3 weeks later check me out did some more bloods starting me on aspirin at the moment 75g went back on 21 of march my platelets are now down to 544 on 21st of march got too many platelets,my red and white bloods are okay needed to keep check on me every 3 months which am due on the 5th of June advised me to keep active,exercise healthy lifestyle and healthy eating told me it's a low grade of cancer at moment no need for  cytoreductive treatment at moment,a do feel sometimes headaches,pin needles in my feet sometimes get light headed and bit more tired at night than normal could be I get sometimes bit anxiety with what been diagnosed with took me a,while but glad I've read on everyone else's takes my moms at ease abit more and going makes me feel better.
