New to this

Hi, I'm juddles

My journey began this time last year 2019 when I found a lump on the left hand side of my neck not too big about 3 inches and was not sore.

Eventually I went to the Dr who referred me to the ENT department, so after 3 visits, 4 biopsys (which were clear) and a CT scan it was decided to remove the lump on investigation of the the lump it was found to be HPV 16 posative which shocked bit me and the colsulant.

I then had my tonsills removed and again it was found in my left tonsill.

I am now 4 weeks post treatment, (chemo and radiotherapy combo) 2 sessions of chemotherapy and bs 30 sessions of radiotherapy ,

Having understood the possible side effects iam really struggling with the reality of them now,

Thanks for listening
