Do I wait? Smear testing & TTC

Hi all, 

this may seem silly but 6 months ago I had LLETZ treatment due to CIN3 cells. I'm due a follow up smear test now but all testing has been postponed/cancelled. My husband and I are keen to start a family and were hoping for 'the all clear'. I feel torn now at having to wait  until testing resumes or just trying anyway? Is it too risky?

    If you're unsure maybe you could book an appointment with your doctor and get their thoughts on this? With the coronavirus situation it would probably be a telephone consultation but it would give you the chance to talk things through and get any lingering questions answered.

    Our cancer nurses are available for a chat on 0808 800 4040, Monday - Friday between 9a.m - 5p.m if you'd like to discuss this with them as well.
