Just had lumpectomy for breast cancer

Hi, I was recently diagnosed with a grade 2 breast cancer. I had lumpectomy and sentinal node removed on Tuesday. I would like any advice on how best to aid my recovery. I will be starting radiotherapy in a few weeks and any advice on what to expect and how best to manage it would be great as well,
