Welcome to our forum. I am sorry to hear about your need to urinate so much. I took Letrozole for 6 years and stopped taking these in July 2017. I also had this problem. It didn't worry me too much throughout the day, but I found it a nuisance at night.

My GP referred me to a nurse specialising in this type of disorder. She physically examined me and prescribed Venlafaxine for me. She also advised me to keep doing my pelvic floor exercises.

There are alternatives to Letrozole, but most of them carry their own set of side-effects. You can discuss these with your nurse when you speak to her. If she can't help you, have a word with your GP.
