Why do you feel guilty? In my opinion, you now have the chance to be justifiably self- focussed. Nothing is more important than you right now and I think it's perfectly ok to let other people's feelings take a back seat. I'm feeling scared and confused too. I seem to have way too much information or way too little. That's ok. I think we need to stop and focus on what will actually get us through this.
