Hi, for the last few months it has looked swollen above both collar bones, but now it is quite raised above my left collar bone. I showed it to my husband, but he didn't seem too concerned.  

I put it down to gaining weight, or that perhaps my body was fighting something off as I have had pains in what I think must be glands ,  but now with it being even more noticeable and that I think i have found a small lump in my breast, I'm thinking it's time I saw somebody about it. 

Has anyone else had this and it's been something minor? Cysts or something? Going to try and get a telephone appointment tomorrow. Thanks
