Hey I’m a 19 year old female, I’ve had a lump in my labia majora, I believe it to be one of my lymph nodes which first got hard about 8 months ago. (I have tested clear for all STI’s)

since then I have had multiple recurring infections, the lump has grown in size and stays even once the infection calms down, about 1.5 inches of the skin this past 3 months has been a purple shade (almost like a healing scar) about a month ago a small hole appeared after an infection and remained until I treated it with eye ointment that my doctor recommended to heal the hole, yet tonight I have noticed the purple skin is darker and the hole seems to be reacurring and the lump has increased in size lately... I’ve done some research and don’t know if it’s just an infection or something along the lines of lymphoma, I have the small circular patches of dry pink skin around the area and these past two months an hour after I eat I get a terrible cramp in my stomach.

Please help, does this sound like anything familiar??
