Waiting for CT scan.

Hi everyone, 
Im 27 and have had a constant low grade fever for weeks now that no amount of antibiotics etc has been able to shift. Other symptoms include a repetitive bark like cough and indegeation/ reflux. I have a CT scan scheduled for Friday and am currently awaiting blood test results. Just wandering if anyone else has been in a similar situation to me and had a positive out come? I'm going out of my mind with worry and can't seem to stay off Google, which I know isn't helping the anxiety! Any words of wisdom would be much appreciated.

    Welcome to Cancer Chat. I'm sorry to read about the issues you've been experiencing recently.

    Try to stay way from Google with regards to this, as it's rarely helpful and often provides irrelevant or outdated information that can increase worry.

    Try to keep your mind off it as much as possible while waiting for your next appointment and for the results - keeping busy and distracted can help.

    I hope it's not too much longer for you to wait to find out more.
