Hi Liverpool, this sounds almost identical to me when I had gallstones and gastritis, my gallbladder pain was an unbearable burning and cramping pain under my ribs and all over my back, I had many trips to a & e until I had my gallbladder out last June, so it's worth asking your gp for an abdominal scan, try not to worry, wishing you well

I'm eating all the time though so don't know what to think or feel

I really think you should go back to your gp because you're obviously worried and thinking of the worst case scenario as I did at the time and it could be something that's easily fixed,  there's a few digestive issues that can cause quite painful symptoms like burning pain, you need to tell your gp that you know somethings not right, it's your body Liverpool and for your peace of mind you need to take it further, plz try not to worry

Hi I think if it was anything of major concern your bloods would not be normal. I had same symptoms as you last year and my bloods showed high calcium and low iron. I have cancer but was amazed at how much my blood showed. Don’t worry just go back to GP could be a number of things like kidney stones, or gall stones or some other gastrointestinal issue.
