Hi

I have a lump about a 1-2cm on my neck just below my left ear and behind my jaw line. It feels quite hard and doesn't really have much movement. 

I'm prone to fatty lumps and have a large fatty lump at the top of my spine.

For thelast 3 weeks ive had persistent neck ache but haven't really had time to go to the doctors.

I was going to give it a couple of weeks to see if the lump goes down but my wife thinks i should go sooner. 

I don't really want to go to the doctors as i don't want to waste anyones time.
