hi

I found a lump near the top of my right breast,  My right breast is very enlarged (near half as big again) compared to the left and I noticed this a few weeks previous to this. I also have a feeling of numbness down my right arm and heaviness this is only new in the last few days. 

I have a mammogram next Wednesday. Just wondering did anyone else have a lump and enlarged breast?  The lump isnt showing through the skin and feels quite deep, I only found it as my son was giving me a hug and it hurt him leaning against me. I can find it easier when the water and soap is on my skin but it is still sore when i press on it. 

I am a worrier and have some Gynae isues on going and hoping it is all hormone related.
