I'm really worried about the results of an ultrasound I'm getting tomorrow.

I started getting a strange fluttering feeling in the left side of my abdomen a few weeks ago, it lasted about 2 weeks then the fluttering went away but a heavy feeling remained. I noticed a small but firm lymph node in my groin which I've been keeping an eye on and when I felt today I found another one further up.

I wasn't as worried until I found the second one. Everything I have read on the internet points to cancer.

I have also had rib pain for a few months which I thought was a pulled muscle because I do a lot in the gym, but now with the other symptoms I'm thinking it may actually be my spleen causing the pain.

I know from a previous ultrasound about 5 years ago that I have PCOS and worried it's become something more serious.
